Lucas Marchand
Director of Operations for Ski Dubai from 2004 (one year before its public opening) to 2010, Lucas led the team that transformed this technical feat into a media and then commercial success. In 2010, he moved to Kazakhstan and led the modernization of Shymbulak Mountain Resort, which is now a major tourist attraction in Kazakhstan. He also participated in the Kok Zhailau project for the Kazakh Ministry of Tourism. Returning to France in 2014, he now manages the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area and participates in numerous support missions in France and internationally.

Paul Rivet
Technical Director of Ski Dubai from 2005 (six months before the public opening) to 2013, Paul was instrumental in the project's success. The completion of construction, commissioning, and technical management of this unique facility demonstrated Paul's ability to combine his technical expertise, exceptional common sense, and a strong customer focus. This enabled Ski Dubai to become the cohesive and efficient operation it is today. Since 2014, Paul has been developing a new generation of snow parks and indoor ski slopes for the European and international markets. Paul has become an indispensable specialist for this type of project. He excels in: formalizing the concept; overseeing architects and engineering firms and preparing the construction documentation; obtaining permits and site preparation; monitoring construction and handover; and launching and monitoring operations. Paul has worked on numerous snow parks, both open and under construction, in the Middle East, including the Porto Snowpark, Shanghai Snow Center, and Marrakech Snowpark.

Georges Marchand
A recognized specialist in restructuring and turnaround plans for ski resorts. Rebalancing management, adapting it to the possibilities and specific characteristics of each site, refocusing energies on precise and achievable objectives, and achieving them. Restoring pride in work has always been Georges' goal. From 1991 to 2009: Turnaround of the 7 Laux ski area following bankruptcy. Implementation of a recovery plan in 1991. From 1996 onwards, implementation of €90 million in investments. From 2007 to 2008: Rescue of Valfréjus after the liquidation of the operator Transmontagne. Since 2009, numerous support services in Collet d'Allevard, Megève, La Grave, the Jura Mountains, and the Bauges resorts.

Michael Pasquet
He is the Chief Development Officer of the lifestyle hotel group Base Camp Lodge (2022–2024), where he leads the group's strategy, acquisitions, and structuring. He was Director of Mountain Development at Compagnie des Alpes (2014–2022), in charge of developing the Distribution & Hospitality business unit and managing complex operations involving operators, investors, and local communities. Founder and President of Montagne & Management (2007–2014), he led repositioning, project management assistance, and interim management projects. Concurrently, he was Deputy Managing Director of SEDS, where he led a turnaround and investment plan for Valfréjus. His key areas of expertise include asset development, destination marketing, operational strategy, public/private partnership coordination, and managing complex projects. An agile and committed leader, he combines strategic vision, hands-on experience, and the creation of sustainable value for local communities.
