Our approach is based on an analytical, forward-looking and pragmatic approach, designed to support our clients in making informed, secure and sustainable decisions over time.
Faced with the specific challenges of a ski area under a public service delegation (DSP) – which are complex, sensitive, and strategic – we mobilize cross-disciplinary skills (legal, financial, organizational) to:
- To rigorously audit contractual arrangements and past performance,
- To explore, in a comparative and reasoned manner, the possible management options,
- To build a structured and clear framework of reference, serving as the basis for the future contract,
- Supporting local dialogue (elected officials, stakeholders) to foster buy-in and understanding,
- Managing key stages with a focus on anticipation, security and transmission.
Furthermore, in a constrained environmental context, the economic model of DSPs must integrate new parameters to calibrate the new economic models.
In this respect, it is necessary to challenge empirical models in order to set new objectives related to this transformation: to move away from the vision of growth of flows as the only model of economic growth and in parallel, to integrate systemic risks by creating a resilience indicator which ensures the operating structure its own balance.
Our approach therefore aims to give our clients the means to make a fully informed, documented and shared choice, taking into account both the risks, the governance opportunities, and the impacts on the territory and its economic actors.
