    Strategic study of the positioning and development of the Luchon – Superbagnères resort for all seasons


    Development of a restructuring program that meets customer needs and expectations. Validation of the alignment between marketing positioning and strategic developments over 8 years. Study of the ski area to improve transit options, particularly to accommodate the increase in skiers due to the modernization of the ski lifts. Adjustment of the Overall Management Plan to incorporate the gradual removal of the Superbagnères parking lot, replaced by a gondola lift and a parking lot at the bottom. Implementation of a landscape restoration program with an architectural and landscape charter for the entire resort.

    Operational support for the planning, development, operation and general management of the VALFREJUS ski area (Savoie)


    Management of the Valfréjus Ski Lift Authority – Valfréjus Ski Area: Restructuring and implementation of a public-private partnership following the liquidation of the Transmontagne group in 2007. Operational management of the Valfréjus ski lifts, achieving financial equilibrium in the first year (-30% cost reduction and +16% revenue increase over 3 years). Creation of a delegating authority to support an investment program. Redevelopment of the ski area (€30 millions over 3 years). Strategy for pooling territorial expertise by grouping the resorts of Haute-Maurienne, with the introduction of a joint ski pass (Eski-Mo) to improve attractiveness and revenue.
